Trash Collection Route Study - The City of Chester seeks a vendor to complete a study that will result in a report illustrating recommendations to improve service delivery of trash collection services to residents. Report 2. Street Cleaning Route Study - The City of Chester seeks a vendor that will produce a viability study for a street-sweeping program in the City. Notice to Proceed Letter Issued: October 10, 2024 Project duration should be 6 months or less from the Notice to Proceed Date. The City reserves the right to award by item, by section or group, or in its entirety depending on the best interest of the City of Chester.
