Louisa County Water Authority is seeking bids for chemicals used to treat potable water at our Northeast Creek Water Treatment Plant, New Bridge well system and Zion Crossroads well system. The chemicals must be National Sanitation Foundation (NSF) approved for drinking water. Additionally, we will be seeking bids for chemicals to be used to treat wastewater at our Louisa Regional and Zion Crossroads Wastewater Treatment Plants. Question Deadline 07/01/2024 All questions shall be directed to Sam Massie at smassie@louisacounty.gov or via fax at (540) 967-3439. A formal clarification will be sent out in writing on Wednesday, July 3, 2024, to all known potential bidders. Period of Contract: From TBD Through February 14, 2025 Renewable: Two (2) successive one (1) year terms upon mutual agreement. The County reserves the right to evaluate any sources of information available.
