Contractors and subcontractors will commit themselves to making a Good faith effort to meet the 10% goal of employing minorities and 6.9% goal of Employing women. This public funded project is subject to the requirements of Section 3 of the housing and urban development act of 1968. The contractor shall Appoint a company executive to assume the responsibility for the implementation at All requirements, terms and conditions The Wyoming housing commission reserves the right to reject any or all bids, to award the contract to the lowest, responsible and most responsive bidder and to waive any formalities or irregularities in the bids received. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of ninety (90) days subsequent to the opening of the bids without the consent of the housing commission. The housing commission reserves the right to award a contract in the best interest to the housing commission.
