This is a solicitation for a contractor to hang drywall and replace floor tiles at the USCG Shore Side facility in Sallisaw, OK. All work to be completed according to the attached Statement of Work. A Firm-Fixed Price construction order will be issued to the contractor with the lowest priced quote. All contractors must be actively registered in Sam.Gov Place of performance: USCGC MUSKINGUM 460359 E 1137 Road Sallisaw, OK 74955 Period of performance: August 12th through 30th, 2024. These dates are negotiable. Federal Acquisition Regulations and Department of Labor Wage Determination OK20240054 are attached and are applicable. SCOPE OF WORK: The contractor shall replace all missing drywall, paint all walls in affected spaces, and install tile in a hall way and room at its Sallisaw OK shore facility. ITEM NAME Hallway and Room Repair LOCATION: USCGC Muskingum 460359 E 1137 RD Sallisaw OK 74955 All Materials as provided by contractor must be complete, comparable to existing and approved by Contracting Officer REQUIREMENTS: 1. SCOPE A. The contractor shall replace all drywall in the hallway and paint the replaced dry wall to match or the entire hallway if unable to match paint colors. Missing drywall is APX 17x2 34SQFT entire hallway is APX 1125 SQFT of surface area. B. The contractor shall make every effort to match the existing tile color and style in the hallway to maintain a professional appearance. At a minimum using extremely similar color and style if the tile is no longer manufactured. Missing tyle is APX 17x6 8.5 SQFT C. Replace all missing drywall in the room, paint the room a similar color, replace all outlet covers install removed vent cover and replace trim around the door on the interior of the room and a new sill plate from the room to the hallway. Missing Drywall is APX 102 SQFT room measures APX 8.5x17 wall to wall. D. Install all new flooring in the room this flooring shall be tile designed to withstand heavy traffic and be easily cleaned. The tile shall extend at least 4 up the wall. Flooring area is APX 8.5x17 or 145 SQFT E. Clean and remove all materials, dirt, dust, and make the room move in ready after completion of all construction work.
