Machesney Park IL Section No. 24-00000-00-GM Improvements Description: The work shall consist of HMA resurfacing, bituminous surface removal, removal and replacement of PCC sidewalk and PCC curbing, HMA patching, inlet repairs, crack filling, associated restoration and traffic control. All questions about the meaning or intent of the Contract Documents shall be submitted to the ENGINEER / ARCHITECT in writing. Replies will be issued by Addenda. Questions received less than five (5) calendar days prior to the date for opening of Bids will not be answered . Please submit written questions no later than 1:00 PM on July 8 th . Questions may be sent by email to cdopkins@mcmgrp.net. Award of Contract July 15th VMP Board Meeting The scope of work is to construct overlays on various streets, place shouldering as needed along newly resurfaced streets, mill butt joints and edge mill along curbing, adjust manholes and inlets, place leveling binder, remove and replace curb, gutter and sidewalk, remove existing curb ramps that are deemed no longer necessary by the OWNER, to construct new PCC curb ramps.
