Work To Include But Not Be Limited To Pavement Removal, Aggregate Base Grading, Asphalt Binder And Surface Courses, Asphalt Patching, Seal Coating And Striping, Concrete Sidewalk, Pcc Pavement, Concrete Curb And Gutter Removal And Replacement, Site Restoration And All Appurtenant Construction Necessary To Complete The Project. Bid Security In The Form Of A Bid Bond For Ten Percent (10%)of The Total Bid Made Payable To The Gurnee Park District Shall Accompany The Bid. Personal Checks Will Not Be Accepted. The Work Shall Be Prosecuted In Such A Manner And With Such A Supply Of Materials, Equipment And Labor As Is Considered Necessary To Ensure Its Completion According To The Time Specified In The Contract. The Contractor Shall Not Start Work Earlier Than Monday, August 12, 2024 And Be Completed On Or Before Friday, October 18, 2024, As Described In Article 108.05 Of The Standard Specifications. In Case Of Failure To Complete The Work On Time, The Provisions Of Article 108.09 Of The Standard Specifications Apply.
