Cannon Beach Water Resiliency Project Phase 2 - Water Line Replacement All bidders shall submit a completed First-Tier Subcontractor Disclosure Form in compliance with ORS 279C.370 in a separate, sealed envelope within two working hours of the bid opening time on the bid date. In general, the elements of work include, but are not limited to: . Replacement of the City's water transmission main from the source; . Pipeline work consists of open-cut trenching and trenchless installation; . An attached pipe replacement at the existing bridge crossing at Ecola Creek; and associated bank stabilization work; . Trenchless installation methods near sensitive environmental areas; . A fill station is included at the City's maintenance yard to provide water in the case of a seismic emergency. Responsive bidders shall demonstrate proven experience working around sensitive, critical infrastructure like water main, reservoirs, seismic control panels, work within City limits, etc. The Project is being funded with Federal funds made available by the Drinking Water State Revolving Fund that have statutory requirements commonly known as "American Iron and Steel;" which requires all of the iron and steel products used in the project to be produced in the United States ("American Iron and Steel Requirement") including iron and steel products provided by the Contractor pursuant to this Agreement This PROJECT is subject to both Oregon BOLI Prevailing Wage Rates and Davis Bacon wage rates. All bidders shall comply with the provisions of ORS 279C.800-870 [workers on public works to be paid not less than the prevailing rate of wage for projects over $50,000.00] and the Federal Department of Labor's Davis-Bacon Wage Determination. Contractors submitting bids are required to be registered with the Construction Contractor's Board. The Contractor shall provide a list of proposed job classifications and wage rates with their bid proposal.
