Site work and paving for a mixed-use development in North Lauderdale, Florida. Completed plans call for site work for a bridge / tunnel; road / highway; for paving for a road / highway; sidewalk / parking lot; sidewalk / parking lot; and water / sewer project.

This project comprises two bid packages with one combined schedule of values aimed at replacing existing culverts on SE 81st Avenue. This project is located along SW 81st Avenue between Hampton Boulevard and SW 14th Street, and between SW 7th CT. and SW 8th Street, in the City of North Lauderdale. The work of this contract comprises the replacement of three existing 60-inch CMP culverts that were determined by the City of North Lauderdale Storm Water Master Plan to be upsized to 72-inch RCP. The scope involves the removal and disposal of existing infrastructure, including asphalt pavement, drainage structures, concrete sidewalks, and fencing. Additionally, the project includes the installation of new drainage components, such as catch basins, RCP drainage pipes, including the new 72inch culverts, and FDOT standard concrete headwalls. Earthwork activities include canal bottom dredging and bank grading. Road and pavement improvements consist of milling existing asphalt, applying specified pavement types, and implementing thermoplastic markings on areas disturbed by construction. Pricing established as a result of this Invitation to Bid (ITB) shall be utilized for services with Federal funding. CONTRACTOR must comply with all provisions outlined within 2 C.F.R.
