Scopes include, but are not limited to,: Final Cleaning, SWPPP, Staking, Concrete, Concrete Reinforcement, Masonry, Steel, Erection, General Metal Fabrication, Rough Carpentry, Wood Framing, Insulation, Siding, EIFS, Metal Roofing, Membrane Roofing, Joint Protection, Doors, Storefront, Drywall, Flooring, Tile, Paint, Specialties, Casework, Fire Suppression, Plumbing, HVAC, Electrical, Fire Alarm, Earthwork, Asphalt, Striping, Landscaping, Retaining Walls, Fencing, Storm Utilities, Water Utilities, Sewer Utilities, etc. Subcontractors will carefully and thoroughly review the drawings and specifications, satisfying themselves as to the nature and location of the work and the character, quality, quantities of materials and difficulties that may be encountered, the kind and extent of equipment and other facilities needed for the performance of the work and any other items which may affect the work or its performance.
