Saving Project...

Site work and new construction of a mixed-use development in Ephrata, Washington. Completed plans call for the construction of a 180,000-square-foot, 512-bed detention facility; for site work for a detention facility; two-story above grade municipal facility; and municipal facility.

The project consists of construction of an approximately 180,000 s.f., 512 bed new jail including jail administrative support, spaces. Also included is a new, two-story Sheriff's office, evidence building and K9 training building. Deadline for questions prior to bid is July 15, 2024, at 3:00 pm, Questions should be directed to Marc Seeberger, mseeberger@lydig.com. Be advised that Lydig Construction, Inc. will be submitting a bid on Bid Packages 05. The sub bids for these packages will be due to Lydig Construction by 3:00 PM July 23, 2024. The GC/ CM and Owner reserve the right, to reject any or all bids and to waive any informalities or irregularities on the bids received.
