Renovation of a municipal facility in Grayling, Michigan. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Roof Replacement, Shawono Center PROJECT DESCRIPTION/SERVICES REQUESTED The Department of Technology, Management, and Budget (DTMB) is requesting professional architectural and engineering services for roofing restorations at the Shawono Center near Grayling, Michigan. The subject existing building has existing metal roofing. The existing metal roofing, underlayment, flashing, and accessories shall be replaced. This request is for services encompassed by Phase 400 Preliminary Design, Phase 500 Final Design, Phase 600 Construction Administration/ Office, Phase 700 Construction Administration/ Field Inspection Services. ALL questions should be emailed to Todd Cordill at cordillt1@michigan.gov address no later than 2:00 p.m., Eastern on July 16, 2024. See attached project/program statement for more detailed information. The Professional, by submitting a Technical (Part I) and Cost (Part II) Proposal to DTMB for evaluation, states that they can and will provide a complete design based on the approved project/program statement.
