The State Highway Administration is soliciting bids for a vendor to provide, preventative maintenance, inspection & repair services, and supplies for the high-pressure wash equipment in the truck wash bay on an "as need" basis at the Gaithersburg Shop Maintenance Facility located at 502 Quince Orchard Road in Montgomery County, Maryland. This Contract will not automatically renew. Question Deadline 07/15/2024 at 2:00 PM ET This bid is for a two (2) year contract to provide preventative maintenance, inspection, repairs, parts and supplies for 2 Landa Pressure Washers, Model # VHG4-30024H, PSI 3000, GPM 3.9 AND Landa Pressure Washer, Model #VNG4-3002B/R, PSI 3000, GPM 3.5 to allow continuous operation with minimal breakdown time. This proposal will establish hourly labor rates for service technicians, mark-up percentages on repair parts and firm pricing for supplies identified on the Contract bid form. The Contractor shall furnish listed items in accordance with the invitation for bids. The unit prices quoted is required for establishing a unit cost for each service and providing a grand total for the purpose of evaluating bids. The award will be based upon the lowest Grand Total Bid and be awarded to the lowest responsive and responsible bidder for the services required in the amount not to exceed $50,000.00.
