Renovation of a clubhouse / community center in Ottawa, Ontario. Completed plans call for the renovation of a clubhouse / community center.
To provide all labour, equipment and materials for the Nepean Sailing Club - Replace Sarnafil Roof project, (the "Work"). The successful Bidder shall achieve Completion of the Work no later than 8 November 2024. A bid deposit of ten percent (10%) of the Contract Price, in the form of an electronic bid bond, is required with this RFT. Performance security will be required from the successful Bidder prior to the execution of a Contract or the issuance of a purchase order. Such performance security will be a Performance and a Labour and Material Payment Bond each in the amount of fifty percent (50%) of the Contract Price from a surety company in a form that is acceptable to the City. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award subject to final approval.
