Demolition of the separation sheet. Coring of the roof slab to suit new mechanical drains. Selective removal and retainage of the rigid insulation of new work. Installation of new waterproofing around drains. Modifications of the EPDM lead detection system to suit new drain layout. Installation of new separation sheet, to be bonded to rigid insulation with adhesive. Reinstallation of pre-cast concrete pavers and associated pedestals. Upgrading mechanical system in the mechanical room. Installation of new plumbing lines to suit new pool drains. Installation of new LED fixtures in the water cascade area. Modification of the electrical system to suit design. Scope area two Courtyard Cascade Selective removal and retainage of the existing pre-cast concrete pavers and pedestals in the cascade area. Selective demolition of the roofing assembly below the pavers, including gravel, separation sheet, and insulation. Installation of new EPDM leak detection grid.
