The City of Ottawa, hereinafter referred to as the City, is seeking offers to provide Iron Adjustments/Rebuilding Services in accordance with the terms, conditions and Specifications of this Request for Standing Offer (RFSO). Standing Offer may be extended for two (2) optional one (1) year terms. An extension is to be mutually acceptable, and subject to a continued requirement by the City. This RFSO does not commit the City to award a contract or to pay any costs incurred by a prospective Offeror in the preparation of an offer, or to attend meetings with City staff. The City reserves the right to accept or reject any or all offers received, and to seek clarification from one or more Offerors on the contents of their submission. Official bid documents must be obtained from www.merx.com and bid submissions must be done through the Merx platform. Award subject to final approval.
