Anticipated Agreement Start Date: November 1, 2024 Anticipated Agreement Term: Original term: 3 Year Option periods: Two One-Year Terms This RFQ does not commit BGIS to select a Respondent as a selected Respondent or enter into a Contract with any Respondent and BGIS reserves the complete right at any time to reject all Quotations and to terminate this RFQ and the RFQ process associated therewith and proceed with the acquisition of the Deliverables in some other manner without any obligation or any reimbursement to Respondents.
