The contractor shall provide all personnel, supplies, supervision, tools, materials, equipment, transportation and other items and non-personal services necessary to provide backflow preventer maintenance services in accordance with this Statement of Work (SOW) except as those items specified as government furnished property and services. The contractor shall perform to the standards in the contract as well as all local, state and federal regulations. The Contractor shall be responsible for all damages to persons or property occurring because of the Contractor's fault or negligence. The offeror's questions and/or comments are to be emailed to the Procurement Specialist no later than 4:00 PM Central Standard Time (CST) on 22 August 2024. This Offeror shall be awarded for (2) two-year base, with (3) three one-year option periods. The length of the subcontract shall be determined based on the Offeror's performance and funding availability.
