The contractor shall provide Preventative Maintenance Services (Including Inspection, Lubrication, Testing, Adjusting, Cleaning, Repairing and Replacing of Items), and Emergency Repair Service for the three Hydraulic Elevators as recommended by the Original Equipment Manufacturer (OEM), The American Society of Mechanical Engineers’ (ASME) most recent A17.1 - Section 8.6 (Maintenance, Repairs, Replacement, and Testing) and A17.2 recommendations and guidelines, and State Department of Labor, Licensing and Regulation (DLLR) Safety Regulations and Recordkeeping of the items but not limited to the listed in Attachment IV. To include but not limited to: DLLR required 5-year Testing For information or clarification regarding the Elevator Maintenance Requirements (Attachment IV), please contact Mr. Ernie Johnson at 301-952-0555.
