Bend Fire & Rescue is requesting bids to replace a total of 29 windows located at the Administration Building, 1212 SW Simpson Ave, Bend OR 97702 The Project consists of replacing windows and interior/exterior trim at Bend Fire & Rescue Administration Building. The Work Includes: - Contractor shall remove and dispose of all windows and related materials. - Contractor is responsible for all required final measurements and assessment of structures for window order placement. - Window replacement installation shall consist of: o Seal and sealants o Fasteners o Fir or hemlock interior trim and casings with a satin lacquer finish applied (stain and paint to be provided by City) o Exterior trim with a primer and paint applied (stain and paint to be provided by City) - Replace windows with Milgard Tuscany V400 or Trinsic V300 windows or an equal product including: o High grade vinyl o Insulation allowing for a high energy efficiency o Manufacturer warranty on windows and contractor warranty on installation. - Contractor shall provide all tools, equipment, and materials to complete the work. - Contractor will follow all manufactures installation and handling requirements. - Contractor is responsible for all needed permits.
