The City of Bend (City) requests proposals from consultants that will update the existing Water Reclamation Facilities Plan (Facilities Plan). This project will provide an updated Facilities Plan that will apply currently available data and integrate City policies and priorities. The selected consultant team will have expertise in wastewater treatment practices, condition assessment, environmental regulations, beneficial reuse, operation and maintenance practices, cost analysis, public involvement, and CIP development. The project will develop optimized near-term (0-5 years), mid-term (6-10 years), and long-term (11-20 years) solutions that will comprise the recommended CIP projects. The method of Contractor Selection has not been Determined at this time.
