The City of Bend's Transportation and Mobility Department is requesting streetlight work to be done at three locations: (1) install two solar-powered Safewalk Crosswalk Illuminators (2) trench and install conduit and light pole sleeve for a CEC streetlight (3) trench and install conduit for a Pacific Power streetlight. The start date for the work is July 2024 with a completion date of August 22, 2024, which can be negotiable with the Project Manger due to schedule conflicts. A quote will only be considered if at the time of submittal, the Contractor is appropriately licensed by the Construction Contractors Board (or the State Landscape Contractors Board if applicable for work) and has a current City Qualified ROW Contractor license for this type of work. If the quote is over $50,000 compliance with provisions of ORS 279C.800 to ORS 279C.870 (prevailing wages) will be required. This contract is not anticipated to exceed $50,000. If resulting contract is over $50,000, the attached proposed contract will change.
