This project was cancelled due to inadequate available funding. Please follow project for future updates. The purpose of this ITB is to establish a Contract for drilling a new well at the ODOT Bachelor Butte Stockpile Site. The work contemplated under this Contract includes all labor, materials, transportation, equipment and services for, and incidental to, the completion of all construction Work in connection with the project described in the Contract Documents. SUBSTANTIAL COMPLETION: 10/15/2024 FINAL COMPLETION: 10/31/2024 Question Deadline 06/05/2024 PREVAILING WAGE RATES: State Prevailing Wage Rates (PWRs) apply to this ITB and the resulting Contract. See ITB Section E for BOLI related requirements and applicable wage rates. LIQUIDATED DAMAGES: Liquidated damages will apply to the Contract resulting from this ITB for failure to complete the project by the Substantial Completion Date ODOT reserves the right to award the Contract solely on the Bid submitted electronically through online
