This work shall consist of the removal and disposal of building(s), including all foundations, retaining walls, and piers, down to a plane 3 feet below the existing grade. The building(s) are identified on the Bid Sheet in Section III of this document. Asbestos inspection reports are published as additional information with this document and are available for download. Structures requiring asbestos abatement are noted as such on the Bid Sheet in Section III. Structures that may be on the property but shall not be demolished may include all utility poles, wire or active utility lines above or below ground. These contract specifications also include proper site clearance, including landfill and final grading of the site to level earth elevations within the time period prescribed under these specifications for property addresses attached hereto.
