No Bidder is Permitted to Request Documents After July 11, 2024 and the Last Day to Ask Questions or Request Interpretations is 10:00 a.m. On July 15, 2024. No Bidder May Withdrawal His/her Bid Within 90 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening. The Successful Bidder Shall Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract.
