Asphalt Sealing Project Consists of Sealing Asphalt on the North Clarion County School District Campus. No Bidder is Permitted to Request Documents After July 11, 2024 and the Last Day to Ask Questions or Request Interpretations is 10:00 a.m. On July 15, 2024. No Bidder May Withdrawal His/her Bid Within 90 Days After the Actual Date of the Opening. Each Bidder Must Deposit With His Bid, Security in the Amount of 10% of the Bid in Accordance With the Instructions to the Bidders. The Successful Bidder Shall Be Required to Furnish and Pay for Satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the Contract. Attention to Bidders is Particularly Called to the Requirements as to the Conditions of the Employment to Be Observed and Minimum Wage Rates to Be Paid Under the Contract. The Owner Reserves the Right to Accept or Reject Any and All Bids, and to Waive Any Informalities in the Bid.
