Renovation of a municipal facility in Tionesta, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.
Bids are for the following contract for work at 530 Elm Street, Tionesta, PA 16353. Each Bidder must deposit with his bid, security in the amount of 10% of the bid in accordance with the Instructions to the Bidders. The successful bidder shall be required to furnish and pay for satisfactory Performance and Labor and Material Payment Bonds for 100% of the contract. Attention of bidders is particularly called to the requirements as to the conditions of the employment to be observed and minimum wage rates to be paid under the contract. No bidder may withdrawal his/her bid within 90 days after the actual date of the opening. No bidder is permitted to request documents after May 7, 2025 and the last day to ask questions or request interpretations is 10:00 AM on May 14, 2025. The owner reserves the right to accept or reject any and all bids and to waive any informalities in the bid.
