Site work for a water / sewer project in Tionesta, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a water / sewer project.
The requirement is for a commercial construction contract for the installation of security fences at Tionesta Dam in Forest County, Pennsylvania. The work consists of removing and replacing existing security fencing at two locations and installing new fencing at an additional location within the dam property. At the Control Tower Bridge, the new fence will be twelve feet high with a barbed-wire apron mounted on extension arms and gates matching the height and configuration of the fence. New fencing at the Control Tower Tunnel and the Visitor Information Center Fuel Tank Area will consist of eight-foot-high security fencing. The work includes demolition, disposal, and installation of complete security fencing systems in accordance with applicable drawings, specifications, and site conditions. This procurement is set aside for small business concerns under NAICS 238990 with a size standard of $19 million. A current NIST SP 800-171 DoD Assessment in the Supplier Performance Risk System is required for award eligibility. The resulting contract will be a single firm-fixed-price purchase order, and the Request for Quote will be issued through the Procurement Integrated Enterprise Environment.
