These provisions shall apply to the prime contractor and all subcontractors contracting to do all or part of the work under this contract. The provisions established in this document do not necessarily represent all federal, state, and local laws, ordinances, rules and regulations. It is the responsibility of the prime contractor to inform itself and all subcontractors about other regulations that may be applicable to this contract. The prime contractor is responsible to ensure that each subcontractor performing work under this contract receives copies of all required contract provisions. These provisions shall be incorporated into written subcontracts and must be displayed on the poster board. The department shall administer this contract in accordance with all applicable federal regulations, state statutes and rules along with the plans, specifications and provisions, which are incorporated into and found elsewhere in this contract.
