State Project No. 2024-611-8S188 This project is Targeted Group (TG) Economically Disadvantaged (ED) Veteran-Owned preference and has a 2% (TG/ED/VO) subcontracting goal established. SUMMARY OF WORK: The following summary is a general guide to the scope of work. It should not be construed as a detailed list of work included in the contract. Replacement of the mechanical systems associated with the office area of the Fergus Fall Area Headquarters including:. 1. Replacement of the boilers. 2. Replacement of the air cooled condensing unit. 3. Replacement of the main air handling unit. 4. Replacement of the fan powered air handling units. 5. Replacement of the building automation system. 6. Removal of two furnaces and associated condensing units. Other work indicated in the contract documents. All questions should be submitted no later than August 8, 2024 at 2:00 PM. The State is not obligated to answer questions submitted after the question due date and time.
