The Trinity River Authority (Tra) is a Governmental Agency of the State of Texas Created as a Conservation and Reclamation District Under Article Xvi, Section 59 of the Constitution. The Authority Owns and Operates Five Wastewater Treatment and Collection Systems Located in the Dallas-fort Worth Area. The Authority is Requesting for the High-tech Procurement of Maximo Cloud Upgrade, Migration and Clarification Deadline 7/2/2024 3:00 Pm The Successful Proposer Shall Pay All Royalties and License Fees and Shall Provide for the Use of Any Design, Device, Material or Process Covered by a Patent or Copyright by Suitable Legal Agreement With the Patentee, Licensee, or Owner. The Authority Shall Not Be Responsible for Any Such Royalty or License Fees. The Successful Proposer Shall Indemnify the Authority and Defend All Suits or Claims for the Infringement of Any Patent or Copyright Rights and Shall Save the Authority Harmless From Any Loss on Account Thereof. The Authority Reserves the Right to Waive Minor Technicalities or Deficiencies, and Award a Contract to Best Serve the Interests of the Authority. The term of the bid will be for three years with two annual renewal options commencing on December 1, 2024.
