Renovation of a detention facility in Tennessee Colony, Texas. Completed plans call for the renovation of a detention facility.
The Question submission date and time on page 2 and in section L.8, paragraph E. are changed to July 22, 2024, at 3:00 p.m. CST. The TDCJ is seeking bids for the replacement of the existing 15-Ton air conditioning and ventilation system in the building 6 ODR at the Michael unit in Tennessee Colony, Texas.3 The Vendor shall provide routine equipment and services for the replacement, and removal of existing equipment, installation, delivery, start-up, and training of the Department personnel. The Vendor shall comply with the Department's reporting procedures. Vendor and the TDCJ personnel responsibilities and obligations shall be as follows: Required Scope of Work to be performed by the Vendor: Provide, unload, and install all new equipment. Provide crane to install equipment on roof. Remove existing equipment and place in designated area. Install new equipment on existing curb or provide a curb adapter. Reconnect to existing electrical connections using existing conduit providing any necessary transitions to ensure all building codes are met. Connect to existing ductwork providing all new transitions necessary for installation. Provide up to a maximum of four hours training for up to five TDCJ personnel.
