The City of North Augusta, South Carolina is accepting bids for certified contractors to supply and construct a truck & storage building. The project will consist of furnishing all needed labor, equipment, and delivery to the City of North Augusta. The expectation is that the building shall be pre-engineered and 45 x 130, with a height of between 13.5 and 16. For full specifications please see the bid documents at the website provided. I hereby propose to furnish the goods or services specified in the Invitation at the prices or rates quoted in my bid. I agree that my bid will remain firm for a period of up to sixty (60) days in order to allow the City adequate time to evaluate the bids. The City of North Augusta reserves the right to waive any bid formalities and/or reject any or all bids. Building Minimum Specification Listed Below: This bid is for Building a Truck and Storage building with a concrete floor to park sanitations trucks to protect against the elements. The building shall be a Pre-engineered rust resistant slant roof metal building, with a White roof and beige siding and trim. The size of the building is 45 length, 130 wide and 16 Height at the tallest and not less than 13.5 and fall side of the roof line; as to not cause truck impediment when parking. The building must have at least a 6" minimum in depth and reinforce concrete floor. The building will have one bay completely sheeted as to be enclosed, which will be no less than 26'W X 45L. The enclosed area will have (1) 3 X 7 Man door(solid) w/ lockset & (1) 14 X 16 coiling door on width side of the building. The rest of the building (104W x 45L) will be sheeted on three sides and used as parking bays for the trucks. The enclosed bay shall have a service panel 200amp minimum with at least two bay lights with a switch mounted at the man door. This bid is a turn key job including all ground prep, concrete, electrical, material and labor. The building is to be built at 61 Claypit Rd. North Augusta SC, 29841.
