In general, the generators consist of the following: o H Well - Permanent Mount o I Well - Permanent Mount o J Well - Permanent Mount o 4 Portable Generators on DOT Trailers Funding: Any Contract or Contracts awarded under this Advertisement for Bids are subject to Fitzgerald Water, Light & Bond Purchasing guidelines and Federal Emergency Management Agency. All other funds will be State & local funds. The Owner: reserves the right to reject any or all bids, including without limitation, the right to reject any and all non-conforming, non-responsive, unbalanced or conditional bids and to reject the bid of any bidder whom the owner believes would not be in the best interest of the project to make an award to that bidder whether because the bid is not responsive, the bidder is unqualified, or of doubtful financial ability, or fails to meet any other pertinent standard or criteria established by the owner.
