The Township of Baldwin, Iosco County is seeking design build bid proposals for road construction projects lo- cated at the intersection of Kunze and Lincoln Street and along Runway Street in Baldwin Township. The projects will require the following: Right of way permits from the Iosco County Road Commission and MDOT if required, survey from a registered Michigan surveyor for a topo- graphic survey and the title research for purpose of pro- viding data to engineer for design drawings, construction staking of radius curbs and tangents, engineering by a certified civil engineer to redesign angle of intersection as requested by the Iosco County Road Commission and design work, installation of F4 curbs, aggregate base per Iosco County Road Commission, hot mix 13A asphalt paving and additional work to include maintain traffic flow during construction providing traffic control as required, signage and barrels throughout construction, saw cutting of existing asphalt to prepare for new, removal of existing asphalt and excess soils, replace soils with Class II sand, install 22AA gavel base, preparing fine grade to receive asphalt, grade work for curbing, backfill of curbs with top - soil, seed and mulch.
