Renovation of a water / sewer project in Whitehorse, Yukon Territory. Completed plans call for the renovation of a water / sewer project.
The City of Whitehorse (referred to as 'The City') is inviting Bids from qualified contractors, referred to as 'Bidder', to perform modifications to the Marwell Lift Station, for the connection of a wastewater autosampler, as specified herein, to be completed by November 30, 2024. The project will include the drilling of two openings in the concrete floor of the storage room (with the open channel room underneath) at the station. Pipes will be installed through the openings and the openings resealed. The pipes will connect tubbing at both ends, in order to connect a kraken autosampler (to be provided by others). H2S and LEL sensors will be installed at four locations across the interior of the station. The sensors will be powered and connected to the existing PLC.
