The proposed project is located the SR 50 and Interstate 95 Interchange and SR 406 and Interstate 95 Interchange. The project includes landscaping, specifically installation of small and large plants in several locations, irrigation, mobilization, maintenance of traffic, clearing and grubbing. It is the Bidder's responsibility to ensure that the documents are uploaded completely and in the proper format. Any response that does not include the completed bid package uploaded will be deemed nonresponsive and rejected. No bid shall be considered unless sealed and filed with the Purchasing & Contracting Office at the address specified, no later than the time set forth above. The official time will be the date and time packet is stamped received in the Purchasing and Contracting Office. Each bid must be accompanied by all bid forms provide within the Solicitation packet and a Bidder's Bond, payable to City of Titusville, Florida for five percent (5%) of the amount of the bid; to be forfeited as liquidated damages in the event that the bid is accepted, and the bidder fails to enter promptly into a written contract and furnish the required Performance Bond, Payment Bond, and Insurance Certificates. Bids arriving after the designated time will be returned unopened. Payment and Performance Bond in an amount equal to 100% of the contract amount will be required as well as a one-year Maintenance Bond equal to 10% of the final contract. The City reserves the right to make any changes to this bid, or to reject any and all, or parts of any and all bids, or to accept any bid or portion thereof deemed to be in the best interest of the City, or postpone or cancel, at any time, this bid, or to re-solicit this bid, or to waive any irregularities in this bid or in the offers received as a result to this bid. The City also reserves the right to request clarification or information from any bidder. The City is not liable for any expenses incurred by any firm as a result of being a respondent to this solicitation.
