Amendment 0001 is posted to answer questions and to upload the site visit attendance sheet. Howard A Hanson Dam (HAHD) Well Pump Overhaul. See solicitation and attachments for further details. SITE VISIT: Vendors are encouraged to attend the site visit. Vendors shall bring government issued identification, safety gears (hard hat, safety boots, etc.), and personal protective equipment (PPE) for the COVID-19 if required by either the State or Federal guidelines in effect at the time of the site visit. At a minimum of two business days prior to the site visit, submit name, title, and phone number of personnel attending the pre-bid site visit. Green River Headworks Road RAVENSDALE, WA 98051 All other inquiries and/or comments not related to the site visit should be submitted to Londres Medranda via email at londres.medranda@usace.army.mil no later than five working days prior to the RFQ closing date for consideration or action taken prior to receipt of quotes. Late inquiries may not receive a response.
