Fire Station HVAC Upgrades Project located at the 725 Western Ave., 424 Broadway and 73 Hollingsworth Fire Stations in Lynn, MA, in accordance with the documents prepared by Raymond Design Associates, Inc. The Project consists of upgrades to the existing heating system at each fire station and related work. Generally, the Scope of Work includes, but is not limited to: selective demolition, new mechanical HVAC systems, new acoustical tiles ceilings, cutting/patching, and selective repainting. The Project consists of but not limited to: HVAC upgrades at three (3) fire stations located within the City of Lynn to introduce air conditioning to selective spaces via wall-mount mini-split units. - In general, and without limiting the scope of this contract, the work consists of renovation work to existing HVAC systems to introduce air conditioning to selective spaces throughout each fire station. HVAC renovation work generally includes introduction of electric wall-mount split units, associated piping (including coring), and sealing/fire stopping new penetrations. The work of this contract shall be performed at the following City of Lynn properties: A. Western Ave. Fire Headquarters 725 Western Avenue Lynn, MA 01905 B. Broadway Fire Station 424 Broadway Lynn, MA 01904 C. Hollingsworth Fire Station 73 Hollingsworth Street Lynn, MA 01902 Electrical work estimated at $165,000. The work is estimated to cost $820,000.00. Estimated Cost $1.2 million w/ alternates.
