Contractors shall be properly licensed to conduct its business in the City of Titusville, with all licenses, permits, and certificates as required by all local, State of Florida, and Federal agencies. No bid shall be considered unless sealed and filed with the Purchasing & Contracting Office at the address specified, no later than the time set forth above. The official time will be the date and time packet is stamped received in the Purchasing and Contracting Office.
