New Diffusers and associated Mechanical work. h. New Kitchen Hood and Make-up air unit i. New Epoxy Floor j. New lighting k. New sidewalk and equipment pad. OFA / Security Renovations - Contract 2-Mechanical Construction. Contract 2 - Mechanical Construction (MC) The project consists of the selective demolition of interior gypsum board and metal stud partitions and demountable type floor to ceiling partitions, interior gypsum board wall reconstruction and new partitions, ceiling panel / grid removal and replacement. New finishes consisting of resilient flooring, carpet tile, quarry. Location: 1 DiPronio Drive Waterloo, NY 13165.
