The Lynden School District is seeking Request for Qualifications for a Construction Management Company for proposed projects for a new high school and expansion & upgrades at the other schools within the District. SCOPE OF PM/CM SERVICES The scope of work described below is meant to define actions necessary for the successful delivery of a phased replacement of Lynden High School and building additions at Isom and Vossbeck Elementary Schools in addition to all other projects associated with the 2024 bond. The owner's representative selected for the Project is expected to act on District's behalf in overseeing the project through procurement, site preparation, planning, design, construction and into occupancy. If there are additional items your firm considers necessary for the Project that are not included in Section 9.1, please identify them. If there are items in Section 9.1 your firm considers unnecessary for the Project or that are not within your firm's capabilities, please identify them and state reasons for their possible exclusion.
