Project Description: Chatham County, in partnership with the City of Port Wentworth and Coastal Empire Habitat for Humanity, is seeking a qualified engineering consulting firm to perform Engineering Services to develop subdivision construction plans and bid documents for a new residential subdivision to be located in the City of Port Wentworth. The tract of land in question is approximately 18.86 acres and does have known freshwater wetlands on a portion of the site. A plat of the parcel to be developed is included with the proposal documents for this request for proposals. This project is funded in whole or in part by the American Rescue Plan Act.
