All bids must be accompanied by bid security equal to 5% of the low bid, and must be in the form of a certified check, or cashier's check. The West Feliciana Parish Hospital Urgent Care & Specialty Clinic project consists of the demolition of an approximately 7,350 sf existing building and sitework and new construction of a one story approximately 5,873 square foot medical office facility. The new clinic will have 11 exam rooms, 2 treatment rooms, x-ray imaging, and lab services as well as all necessary clinic support spaces. The west half of the clinic will be used for urgent care services and the east half dedicated for a specialty clinic. Demolition scope includes but is not limited to demolition of an existing building, foundation, deck, fencing, and associated utilities and preparation of the site for a future new construction building. The structure of the new facility will be a metal building structure with brick and metal panel cladding and aluminum storefront windows. Interior finishes include but are not limited to acoustical ceiling tile, porcelain tile, LVT, rubber base, sealed concrete, carpet tile, millwork, and tackboards. Mechanical, plumbing and electrical systems to accommodate the scope of the project. The project includes a natural gas generator.
