Renovation of a municipal facility in Southbridge, Massachusetts. Completed plans call for the renovation of a municipal facility.

On behalf of the Water Department: The roofs of three gate houses along the Hatchet Brooke Reservoir System have reached their end of life and require replacement to match the appearance of other gate house roof systems. The existing asbestos roofs at Reservoir 3 Gate House, Reservoir 4 Gate House and Reservoir 5 Gate House will be abated and stripped to the deck, deck repairs made as needed. A new ice shield, new roof system with trim, new drip edge on three sides, new gutter on one side will be installed and all penetrations flashed to Garland specifications. Each Gate House is approximately 300 square feet. Question Deadline 07/17/2024 at 8:00 AM ET All bidders questions shall be submitted in writing to Hannah Prescott, DPW Executive Operations Officer, at hprescott@southbridgemass.org and copied to Steve Gregoire, Water Manager at sgregoire@southbridgemass.org .
