Site work, paving and renovation of a mixed-use development in Waynesburg, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for the renovation of a multi-residential development; for site work for a multi-residential development; for paving for a multi-residential development; sidewalk / parking lot; and sidewalk / parking lot.

This project includes site work and exterior upgrades to the apartment buildings. The scope of work consists of the following: o Roofs o Demo existing shingle roofs, felt paper, drip edge and all sheathing o Construct new overhangs on building gables & replace gable vents at siding, replace alum. gable vents at brick veneer o Construct new front porch roofs o New architectural shingle roofs, felt paper, ice shield (at gutter lines), drip edge along with gutter apron, ice shield at valleys and ridge vents o New gutters and downspouts (connect to storm piping) o Replace roof penetration boots and rain rings (furnace & plumbing stacks) o Walls o Remove and replace existing siding, house wrap, trim, soffit, and fascia o Existing siding below windows to be replaced with brick masonry o Remove and replace existing windows along with related blocking and trim o Clean, repair and seal existing brick veneer o Site o Import topsoil and regrade site to drain positively away from the buildings where possible o New concrete sidewalks/patio in select areas to replace existing o Electric o New LED Porch Sconce Lights o New GFCI Outlets and Covers (unit porches) o New interior hall lights (multi-unit buildings) o New LED Heads on site pole lights Each bid must be accompanied by a bid bond, certified check, or bank cashier's check, payable to the Housing Authority of the County of Greene in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount. The Housing Authority of the County of Greene reserves the right to reject any and all bids and to waive informalities in bidding. No bid shall be withdrawn for a period of sixty (60) days subsequent to the opening without the consent of the Authority. The successful bidder will be required to furnish and pay for a satisfactory Performance and Payment Bond. The Contractor must ensure that employees and applicants for employment are not discriminated against because of their race, color, religion, sex, national origin, or age. In addition, the contract will be under the requirements of Executive Order #11625 relative to new goals and timetables and Section III of the Housing and Urban Development Act of 1968 and where applicable. The Housing Authority of the County of Greene solicits and encourages Minority Business Enterprise (MBE) participation. MBE's will be afforded full consideration of their responses and will not be subjected to discrimination. Bidders will be required to comply with the Authority's MBE Program Goal requirements where applicable.
