Site work and paving for a road / highway in Clifton Township, Pennsylvania. Completed plans call for site work for a road / highway; and for paving for a road / highway.
For the following: Clifton Township 2024 Roadway Improvement Project: Base Bid; Paving of Phillips Road (T-309); consisting of the following: approximately 27,600 S.Y. Of 9.5MM Superpave Wearing Course, 27,600 S.Y. of Bituminous Tack Coat, 27,600 S.Y., Line Painting, and other related work. The bid must be accompanied by a certified/cashier's check or Bid Bond in the amount of ten percent (10%) of the bid amount, made payable to Clifton Township. The Township reserves the right to reject any or all bids or portions thereof or to waive any informalities in the bidding. If written notice of the acceptance of this Bid is mailed or delivered to the undersigned within sixty (60) days after the opening thereof, or at any time thereafter before the Bid is withdrawn, the undersigned agrees to execute and deliver the Agreement in the form prescribed by the Clifton Township. All qualified contractors will receive consideration without regard to race, color, religion, creed, ancestry, national origin or sex. State Prevailing Wage Rates will apply to this contract. The contract documents contain requirements regarding prevailing labor wage rates. If designated as the successful bidder, the contractor will begin work on the date specified in the notice to proceed, or as otherwise provided in the special requirements, and will complete all work within 30 calendar days.
