Seeding - Job The Contract shall commence upon delivery of Purchase Order to Contractor (estimated to be July 1, 2025) and shall terminate on 10/3/2025 A bid guarantee or bond is not required A Performance Bond at one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount, conditioned upon the faithful performance of the contract in accordance with the plans, specifications and conditions of the contract. A Payment Bond in an amount equal to one hundred percent (100%) of the contract amount.
