Serial Number 24-05645 Question Deadline 10/17/2024 at 2:00 PM ET Submit Pre-Bid Questions by posting them at the Message Board Contracting Officer: Tim Evans, Construction Contracts Manager 724.840.2956 tevans@passhe.edu Work for the Project shall be accomplished by a Single Prime Contractor according to Pennsylvania statute and shall include, but not be limited to, the following: Work included under this Project consists of Demolition and replacement of the reinforced poly membrane covering existing galvanized steel framing including arched roof, (2) end walls, (2) roll-up membranes at end wall openings, membrane skirt, as well as the tensioning system complete. Removal of all demolition items from site. Work shall include, but is not necessarily limited to, the furnishing of all labor, superintendence, materials, tools and equipment and performing all work necessary to complete all General Construction to the satisfaction of, and subject to approval of the Professional and State System of Higher Education and the University.
