This request for information (RFI) is published for MARKET RESEARCH PURPOSES ONLY, pursuant to FAR 15.201(e). No solicitation is available. Responses to this notice are NOT offers and CANNOT be accepted by the Government to form a binding contract. Please see the attachments for additional information regarding this requirement and the information requested as it pertains to the requirement. Place of Performance: Background Investigation (BI) Training building, Slippery Rock, PA facility located at 131 Rebecca Ln. Slippery Rock, PA 16057. Anticipated Period of Performance: AV refresh activities to be completed 90-120 days after date of contract award; Optional four 12-month period for maintenance support. Responses to the RFI should be in the form of an unlocked .pdf file no longer than two (2) pages with type font no smaller than 12 point and include the name of the firm which the respondent represents. Each respondent shall provide their North American Industry Classification System (NAICS) codes and identify its business size for each NAICS code provided. The e-mail subject line must contain "RFI Response for DCSA AV Refresh Slippery Rock" RFI submissions shall be submitted in writing by e-mail to Terrie Rodriguez at terrie.m.rodriguez.civ@mail.mil no later than 29 May 2024 by 3:00 PM EDT. All responses should be unclassified and reviewed to ensure consideration of operational sensitivities. Proprietary information will be accepted and handled appropriately. Responders should indicate which portions of their response are proprietary and should mark them accordingly. Period of Performance: The period of performance shall be for a 12-month base period followed by four (4) twelve-month option periods (if exercised). Base Year: 07/01/2024 - 06/29/2025 Option Year 1: 07/01/2025 - 06/29/2026 Option Year 2: 07/01/2026 - 06/29/2027 Option Year 3: 07/01/2027 - 06/29/2028 Option Year 4: 07/01/2028 - 06/29/2029 (Final Period of Performance Dates will be reflected in the Contract Award Document.) The Method of Contractor Selection has not been determined at this Time.
