Bid to Include Prevailing Rate, Lawrence County. Note: 2a Limestone Material and 18" Pipe Extension Will Be Supplied by the Township and Contractor to Pick Up at the Township Building. (T600) All Proposals Must Be on Forms Furnished by the Municipality. All Proposals Must Be Accompanied by a Certified Check or Bid Bond in the Amount of Ten ( 10 ) Percent of the Total Bid, Made Payable to the Municipality. All Work is to Be Completed by August 31, 2024 a Performance Bond or Certified Check in the Amount of One Hundred (100 ) Percent of the Contract and a Current Certificate of Insurance Shall Be Furnished by the Successful Bidder With in Twenty ( 20 ) Days After the Contract is Awarded. The Supervisors Reserve the Right to Accept or Reject Any of All Proposals or to Accept That Proposals Which It Deems to Be in the Best Interest of the Municipality.
