The Sullivan County Commissioners will be accepting bids for the construction of a concrete pad and sidewalk to be used for a bus shelter at the Sullivan County Courthouse parking lot located next to the Sullivan County Courthouse at 245 Muncy Street Laporte, PA 18626. Pennsylvania Prevailing Wage applies to any bid over $25,000. Questions Due Date: Jul 23rd 2024, 4:00 PM EDT A bid bond in the amount of 10% of the bid price shall accompany all bids. Bond may be by Certified Check, Irrevocable Letter of Credit, or other financial security acceptable to the Commissioners. The successful bidder shall be required to provide a performance bond. The Commissioners have the right to reject any and all bids.
